you have very nice cars but you live in a town home/condo? maybe you should by a home without an attached neighbor before you buy another car.

Radiozero: This is an actual house, not a condo....haha - in CA unless you are a millionaire, you don't get much land with each house.

How a person lives and what he/she spends their money on should be of no concern to you or anyone else.
You don't know his priorities, household situation, or the make-up of his assets. For what you don't know, he maybe single, own other homes, travels too much to have a need to own a single family house, etc.
If I had it my way, I'd still be living at home with the parents and be making the money that I do (or more) and have a fleet of high-end cars and with a good investment mix.
