ok, here's my understanding (and experience)......someone else correct me if i'm wrong...........
1. the top perch of the koni's maintains the same perch height as a stock shock - you could use koni's with stock springs on the highest perch and the ride height will not change. that's why koni offers 2 or 3 perches...one of the perchs (probably the highest one) ALWAYS maintains stock height.
2. the bottom perch of the koni is about 1" lower than stock - you could lower your car with koni's and stock springs by using the bottom perch of a koni.
3. you can lower the car by using a lowering spring (any) on the the top perch of a koni....the drop should be same as it would be on a stock shock.
4. you can really "slam" your car by using a lowering spring (any) on the bottom perch of a koni.
