did you used pin stripping tape or just cut and mask?

the line work looks great, i personally wouldn't have the patient to do it on mine =)

Since the stripe is not an actual pinstripe decal, I say you should just mask off the CF vents and paint over the stripe. It will look much better and follow the theme of your other cut outs in your rear bumper.
