hahaha I think it was Kimi who sort of messed up braking early, but everyone says it was a "racing incident". Funny how the result was pretty much the same as last years gran prix.

Both wreck's happened so fast I barely saw the second one when I tried to focus on the 1st one. Nick Heidfeld flipping was nuts! Montoya pretty much hit Kimi, and was the straw that broke the camel's back. Montoya announced his departure from F1 and into..... Nascar..... what a weird move.

That just goes to show everyone else in Formula One that if you cause a big wreck in the the US GP they will leave you in the states and make you run in Nascar.

juan montoya actually called chip ganassi himself, and asked about there being a vacant seat in the #42 Texaco Havoline Dodge, and less than a week after the phone call, he's all signed up and ready to go.
montoya was actually at sunday's nextel cup race @ Chicagoland speedway, to make the news public....he also said that he would be in a Busch Series Car later this season, and hopefully make a Cup race or two before the year is out.
