all the hatin and rice comments are tired already...i think companies like veilside stretch the limits, sure you may not like it, then don't buy it. its like art, some people prefer b&w ansel adams photos, and others are into picasso.
Also enough with the down force, aerodynamic b.s. most people don't go on high speed runs where it makes that much of a difference. besides having smooth flowing lines will not guarantee you'll hug the road better at high speeds. aerodynamics can be very complicated, & i admit i dont know much.
If you must know, the tiburon was done for veilside's new korea agent, and thats the only reason. in korea there is not much of a market for japanese cars, so they had to make one for a korean car, and the only "sports" car in korea is the tiburon.

Hyundai's DO Rock! (now)
I know that the original Hyundai's did not rock in the least. I am a manager for a dual line Honda & Hyundai dealership, so I know first hand of the quality issues surrounding the Hyundai name plate. Hell, I've seen brand new Hyundai's with a mere 500 miles on them come back to have new tranny's put in them. But those days appear to be long gone, as the quality has come up so have the car sales, which actually has lead to Hyundai becoming the fastest growing car company in the States. So all of you with S2000's should run out and trade them in on new Hyundai Accent... (or not!) But they do make a fine work car or beater!
Fatz
