Default Vented hood covers

Just showing you what I came up with to cover up the stock intake when having an OEM vented hood.

Now there's no worry about rain. They are sealed as well. The slits do not go through. Each insert is one solid piece. The slits are just for design.

This pic shows where the stock intake opening is

Sure... The engine bay can get soaked all it wants... Nothing is going to happen with rain in the engine bay.

The lower insert covers the intake opening by about 3.5 inches. The lower insert I made seals itself to the top of the stock intake (with a rubber gasket) when the hood is closed. There is no way water is going to get into the intake opening.

They aren't louvers btw. The just look similar.
