im not feeling it. the idea is good, but you need to see some of the engine and piping for the turbo.

The carbon panel might be covering some type of ducting going to the radiator which does seem to have moved half a foot back.

They moved the radiator back to put the intercooler inside of the engine bay, instead of through in the bumper..
