God damn. That was quite possibly the worst driving I've seen up there.

Way to fail to stay in your lane.

Way to drive over your head.

Way to not shift.

I really hope I never see you up there while I'm up there. Thanks for giving S2000's a bad name up on the hill.

Edit: Watched your other video. You are going to kill someone. No joke, you are going to kill someone if you don't back it off up there.

Guess it doesn't help you any to know that my family is from literally 30 miles down the road, my uncle lives 7 miles from the overlook, and I've probably logged more miles up there on bikes and in cars since I was 12 than most people can only dream of?

Nah, probably doesn't change anything for you, and it shouldn't. But I'm not just somebody that goes up there, not knowing what's going on.

I've got some other videos that are much much cleaner, but never post them because to me they are just boring and routine, the "nice vid" comments get old, and never really spark a lot of discussion.

Oh, and if you think this video during the day is crazy, you should see some of the stuff at night...

Oh, and by my count, there are three times I cross the center line - once when there was a truck in the pull off inside the turn sticking out 1/2 way into our lane, another time right after parsons branch road comes into the road (there is a little straight there where you can pass if you know that its there) and when the rear end got a little loose, which I do admit was my fault.

Interesting, we should meet one day. I live about 30 min away from the hill. So are you talking about your impressive video from your other thread from your "secret road" where you go in the opposite lane in blind corners? And then have a spin and claim it was because of wet leaves that you couldn't recover from?

You must be living on your own planet.

Oh please post more videos of your 'expert driving'. I need a good laugh every so often.

Edit: I guess you failed to count the numerous times where you cut the corner. I know wide angle lenses have a deceptive perspective when it comes to that, but its definitely evident that you cross. If you were a local, you would have been much smoother and wouldn't have been taking the lines that you took.
Funny enough, I'll be up there next Saturday. Starting the morning with the Devils Triangle, hitting the Gap once it warms up (hopefully it warms up), then the skyway (if there isnt any snow), then heading down into North GA to spend the night in Atlanta with some buddies. You're more than welcome to join, but I know you probably won't. Nobody on the board ever does, videos or no videos.

I can assure you that my count was correct. I had a quick, old and wise local on a bike following me and we had a little chat about the last instance, which I felt really bad about. Shameful almost. if you watch close, you can see my eyes go right to my mirror to see what his gestures were.

Do you happen to know any locals the frequent at night?

Definitely not impressed with your driving either. Not shifting and losing it like that on a public road (from your other video) makes me think that you are probably going to kill someone or yourself very soon if you keep this up. You aren't a professional race car driver where not shifting prior to one corner is going to make or break your times, take it easy!

In regards to the EVO driving slow, maybe he was the sane one. Every time I go driving with my summer tires which are rated for 45+ only, I know I take it way easier than I would normally, maybe I'm quite possibly the slowest S2000 out there as well...

Read the last sentence of the first paragraph on your tires:

http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp?ti...eModel=Ecsta+XS

Not intended to be driven at near-freezing temperatures, hmmm.

Grow up and act your age and quit defending your stupid behavior.

Don't double lane. If you can't keep up/stay ahead in a single lane, then improve your driving, but never cut over just because it's easy to do so.
