The game is Tekken Tag Team Tournament and the car is used in the intro video to the game. You don't see it again after that.

Ah ha! Well spotted Sir Tom, I've been wondering where that avatar of Cedric's had come from (knowing what a photoshop wizard he is) Bizarrely the car has UK number plates on in the picture but is LHD and on BBS 6 spokes - maybe its already been tampered with??
