unfortunately I don't have any real updates.. I'm just sitting here playing the waiting game as parts take their time to slowly arrive.. just so you guys know, I have a few new parts coming in: New front bumper, rear bumper, front fenders, hood, wing, and a couple of other little things here and there. I will post updates whenever I receive the pieces Although I do appreciate the enthusiasm, I can't wait for the car to undergo the knife.

I am going to have Sunny Auto Body in San Francisco do the work for me. I bring my car there for all body work and paint work, and the workers there have always been courteous and professional. I know the owners son, Denny, who pretty much manages the shop. He used to own a Spa AP1 and was one of the first guys I had met at my first s2ki meet.

ordered them through GTMotoring.. took a couple months because they were special ordered.. I ordered them back before TAS and asked them to see if they could pick me up a set while they were over there in Japan, but Volk said they were out of stock on white ones. I don't know whats the actual name of the type of centercap, I just told them I wanted matching flat centercaps for my new ce's.

Hey Jet,

Did u purchase your volk RE30s from 911GT2? If so I had the flat type gloss black volk centercaps that came from those RE30s but i sold them with my ce28s for cheap.

Wasabis2k,

Can u post pics of the centercaps mounted on the rims please

I definitely will... after the tires get mounted and balanced. I've been through enough sets of wheels to know that when the tires are balanced, the machine uses a huge peg to hold down the rim, so I would need to end up removing the centercap anyway, therefore risking damage the centercap upon removal.
