You're looking for a straight-up trade for AP2 OEM rims?
I've got a 2004 GPW with tan interior with the 2004 rims on it that are in perfect condition - no scrapes, curbage, or other damage. I have almost brand new Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 tires on them and might consider a trade.
I was kind of leaning towards lighter colored rims, though... Also, shouldn't you have 215/45 on front, not 215/40?
