spa's look nice with black rims from certain angles, thats why im always hesitant about what color i want for my spa.

Sorry, but IMHO, I don't think powdercoating the lip would look as good as leaving it polished. But, I haven't actually seen it, so I may be quite wrong. Can you photoshop that please?
