did a little searching around it seems like it is this cage, but id want the through dash version, it says to specify when ordering

http://www.bulletproofautomotive.com/catal...ail.php?ID=1223

does anybody have some more pics of this cage, looking to see where the harness bar is, in some pics it looks to be behind the factory rollbar hoops, like in the pic on the link the harness bar isnt pictured but you can see brackets that look to be for the harness bar and they appear the be behind the factory roll bar hoops, and the pic a couple posts up the other posted the harness bar is directly behind the seat between it and the stock rollbar which leads me to think that his is just a different cage

the one on bulletproof seems to be what im looking for
its the right design im looking for, its through dash to give good leg room, the harness bar is behind the rollbar to give good clearance for the seat to give more room for me

now the real question is, is this a real rollcage, or is it like cusco cages for civics that are pretty much for show purposes, am i able to go onto racetracks with no problems and be safe etc

thank you for any and all help

you can order the cusco cages to go through the dash. the one pictured from bulletproof is the dash escape version and the harness bar is in front of the oem roll hoops. it just looks like its behind from the picture.

cusco cages are not sfi approved but some race teams do use them in gymkana and drift...

Barking up the wrong tree if you want SCCA legal, and no....the only bolt in application that is SCCA legal is the hard dog roll bar. Nothing else is SCCA legal.
