What cars are these?
I believe those are Bricklins. They were built in the 70's by a company owned by Malcolm Bricklin. I'm not sure how this guy made his money, but he sunk a ton of it into this enterprise. It pretty much went the way of the DeLorean. Go to: http://www.cars101.com/subaru_bricklin.html
These cars are RENAULT ALPINE A310 V6,made in France.

These cars were in last month Sports Car Illustrated magazine under classics profile. They are not Renault or Bricklin. But according to the article the engine is located in the cabin with the driver and only a thin cover seperates the driver and passenger from the engine right next to their shoulders. I have the mag at home and I am writing from work. I will find out for u.
