all depends, theirs alot of companies who copied the apexi n1 design.

i had the jic magic it had thouse springs on it where the can meets the piping its made a shit load of noise i hated it im on my 4th exhaust now and i still dont think i got the one i want lol

Generic exhaust typically don't weigh 14 lbs though

JIC is the only company I can think of that makes s2k exhausts that uses a slip pipe and clamp....

I traded my stock exhaust for it with a local member. He just picked the car up at an auction and it was too loud plus he will be selling the car once its fixed up a little bit.

The reason I keep thinking its not an knock off is because of its weight and quality of the welds. I will try to take a few pics of the welds to show you guys.

It also seems as though the muffler is a one piece design. No welds on tip to canister or even on the slip portion. I'm clueless....
