What front lip is this?

What front lip is this? Haven't seen it on many cars before, or maybe i have but just never realized it...It's not listed in the specs since they switched to the AP2 bumper and Mugen lip.

looks like that lip is made by a company called Zenith according to hyperrev vol 97
