Mugen or Mugen replica. I can't tell real from fake so its one of those. lol.

EDIT: damnit, 2 posts too slow. The wheels are Blitz Type 01's. I had to feel like i contributed.

Not sure why soo many people actually like mugen ap2 lip, looks soooo hideous.
