They're definitely Modulo. But I don't think they were ever available to buy. I think that whole package (skirts, front bumper cap, rear lip, wing, tonneau, suspension mods) was going to be offered up in the States as an FP package but there wasn't enough interest. I guess they asked the wrong people

The whole package is actually suspension, exhuast, rims. In the pre 04 models it was sold in Japan kind of like how the FP kit is for the RSX here. I think the body kit was actually made by a company called Doov. I've yet to see anyone with the suspension components.
