There a couple of companies that can make you custom setup wheels. I almost bought a set from a company in Cali that can make any wheel you want. They used to make Boyd Coddingtons wheels few years back and they do very nice work. Just have to look around.
Everyone alrdy said the most of the info alrdy. Its better to have 10.5 all round. I though got LE37s 19x9.5F and 19x10.5R +22 all round. Only reason cause they are easier to sell than having those in 18s when I have enough for my ideal wheels.
A member in Europe named Mike is running a +22 offset with a 10mm spacer I think I remember him telling me.

I say go RE30's, I haven't seen any Widebody S2000's rockin low offset RE's. I'm a huge forged monoblock wheel fan and I think Volk has the best 3 wheels ever offered that fall in that mold, no pun intended. I like CE's the most because their the lightest and look the best in the low offset style.
My favorite style of wheel all time are thick 5 spoke wheels. Imagine the TE37 style sunk face wheel with one less spoke. So flame suit on, if I was going wide body I'd seriously rock a set of debadged Nismo LM GT4's in 18x10.5 +15. I don't care if it's a Nissan wheel, it would look awesome.
Here's a picture of the wheel to give you an idea.
