i've already tried contacting them (3 months back, and several times) still no responce.
so maybe we need to resort to another way of contacting them.
i'm sure they speak english, but maybe on email, our letters turn up as odd symbols and numbers???
but i could be very wrong.
hey S20004c -man, the spoiler does not sit all the way does b/c YOU ARE RIGHT, it extends to the outter part of the trunk (and obviously if it conected, it would seal the trunk to the car) but look at that pic, something just looks odd about it? could just be that the pic of that yellow doesn't look too sharp, who knows?
anyways,
would i be able to install this spoiler and remove my OEM one and be able to bolt on the existing hole? i WILL NOT drill new holes!

I don't think the outermost holes would line up, but for sure the OEM spoiler has two mounting holes toward the center, around each end of the brake light. Those would have to be filled or something else used to cover them up.

 

if i intsall the TSS, then at the end of my lease install the OEM one again, would i have to cover up any holes or would the OEM cover all the holes drilled by the TSS and of course the OEM?
sorry if the question is confusing i just want to avoid dealer hassle

you guys should goto www.altavista.com ... it has a tanslator that is great ! just click the ``translate`` link on the homepage. one thing to note is that you should always start off by saying that you are using a translator, because sometimes the translations can be a bit rough (but understandable).
