IIRC, looks like the first run of ASM bumpers. When they first started out with the s2000, they had a bumper similar to the Mugen bumper. I just remember seeing the vents on the bottom. I could be mistaken though but seeing that there's an ASM hood, it could very well be.

It does look like an ASM and Mugen put together.
