I like the rims, but I'm always partial to something with a lip. The only thing is like JohnsS2K I am trying to figure out what the hell is on the front???

Is it possible to use Takata Harnesses on stock S2000 seats? What kind of modifications are required?

JohnsS2K - yes you just need to find something to bolt them to, but it's really not recommended. Since it's so restrictive that you might suffer severe harm in a rollover. A proper Rollbar/Rollcage with harness bar is recommended whenever using harnesses. That lip has canards on it and might be a molded J's it's really hard to tell from those angles.
