I think in this case both drivers share equal liability. HOWEVER )#*)&*% pricks, remember none of us were at the location of the accident and we are just basing our opinions on what HE had to say...there could have been a lot more stuff that took place and we don't know about.
Don't make an ass out of yourself by pretending to know all the facts and excersising judgment on someone else. I would be pissed about my car regardless...be a little simpathetic.

I'll agree, you're right about not knowing the facts, and yes, I would be pissed if I got into an accident, however I hardly think this guy should be complaining about "people in PT shit boxes that dont know how to drive their f**king car." when he was clearly the one who lost control of his. There has been far too many post like this recently where people have lost control of their S's and gotten into accedients and not taken responciblity for their own actions. It's getting a little rediculas.

You posted your story and you expect people not to have an opinion of it? That just doesn't make sense to me 
Basically you only want people who agree with you to post their condolences. Just a question, you went through the light when it was yellow, spun out, realized you spun out, then put it into reverse. The lady following you most probably ran a red light? If so it is her fault for sure.
