I wish I could. But we are unfortunately 1 of the few dumb states that needs a front plate at all times.

I used a 1" aluminum solid tube and drilled a hole to fit the 10mm EXTENDED 1 1/2" bolt first. Then I layth it to the diameter I wanted, cut off matching lenth then cleaned up the ends so its perfectly flat. Thats pretty much it.
