Wow... Seems to me that with the economy so horrible right now, it might be a bad time to start it, but I guess the rich people still have tons of money to spend on amazing estates like those. I hope to some day see that place...

 

I don't think they've broken ground yet? It'll be cool if it happens, but I won't hold my breath in the meantime.
