Maybe he is transporting those wheels for the silvia and his wheels are inside the garage? Maybe?

Yeah that is the 240 fitment.

 

Well he will have a wider wheelbase. would get better handeling in the corners. but that far out is stupid. bring the tire to the edge of the weel well without the tire hitting the fender when the suspention articulates and it will be a nice handeling ride.
