Regarding the vented hood, absolutely zero problems in the rain. I've been caught in some pretty heavy downpours w/ no ill effects other than having to clean the engine bay more frequently. I'm planning to do 3 on the other side this weekend b/c i've noticed a dramatic drop in coolent temps while cruising since doing the mod. My oil cooler sits right below where a cutout would be on the other side, so i think that will help considerably w oil temps.

 

 

 

S2X... I love all of the versions of your car. It seems to have went from clean to cleaner. I will approve all of them, except for when it had the black mirrors (but they did match the CF top, so its ok). Seeing the Amuse R1 front in white makes me wish I didn't have silver , I love it. APPROVED!

to me, black side mirrors look great on all angels especial with the black hardtop or black soft-top, more with black hardtop though.
