Wait, with the offsets, is the 45 offset recommended for both front and rear? Also, the stock rim sizes are 16x6.5 and 16x7.5, right?

The +45 offset is fine for both the front and the rear. I went with +45 in the front to avoid rubbing issues. Spoon suggests geting the +35 for the fronts so you can fit their big brake kit behind them. I believe those are the stock specs you listed.

Will the stock tires stretch to fit the extra .5 inch width of both rims? I'm sure they will, right? Also, with the 45 offset, are the tires pretty flush with the fenders??? I'd love to get a set of these, but they cost an arm and a leg.

Yeah, the stock tires are gonna fit. And no, they probably will not be much flush with the fenders. If not flush, very close to it I would imagine.
