This may be a dumb question, but....what makes it so that the engine can rev up and down so quickly? Is it the weight of the internals/flywheel or am I completely off?

Fantastic car, btw.
My buddy and I were wondering the exact same thing. It hits the rev limiter in a fraction of a second!!

You're not off at all. You're exactly right. The engine rev's rapidly because of the extremely lightweight flywheel and lightweight internals. This makes a car easy to stall but makes downshifts oh so sweet.

is it possible to tune aem ems to bump rev on cold starts?

when the zonda starts up its tuned to warm up and bump off a lower rev limiter, just wondering if aem is adv. enough to do this if i do itb's in the future.

my stock ecu did it once when it was like 3' outside but only did it for like 5-7 seconds from 2000 to 3000 rpm (up/down, up/down etc...)
