I found this today. I talked to the guy and ordered 2 sq ft. We'll see how it turns out.

I bought this and have it on my iphone4, its really cool but it has this texture on it and you can feel it. Well its not bad but it it was smooth and if i could put a few coats of clear on it to make it like real carbon fiber that would have been awesome, still u will have fun with it.

 

I talk to some people and they said you can definately clear it

 

I looked into wrapping some interior parts but I never actually ordered the stuff to do it.

It's probably cheaper to order it seperate because I don't think all that stuff is actually necessary. That's a 50" x 36" sheet so you'd be able to do a bunch of interior parts as well as get some practice with it. They also have 6" x 36" strips that are like $12 for raw fabric.
