Default Aftermarket seat talk.

About five years I had a pair of Bride Brix (1's) in my EK hatch and can still say to this day that those were the best overall seats I have ever had. I am 6'4" and will be looking into a aftermarket setup to drop my posistion, be held better during track events. Also because I hate the blue seats.

The only issue I am having is justifying 2k for nice seats that are an advertisement for my top to be slit. I would like to hear if people have found quality seats at a reasonable price perhaps without a huge BRIDE or RECARO logo across the top. I remember a few years back Memory Fab was doing some nice stuff on HT and they were like pretty fair priced. I am not talking about knock off seats or EBAY crap. I know there is a middle of the road out there.

I'm in the same boat as you, just ordered a pair of F1 seats. No logos and a very good price for FRP as well as CF. hit me up next week if you're interested in a review, for $400 I don't feel bad even if only my thigh fits inside of them and they crumple to pieces

I would love to get a review and some fitment pictures when you have them in. What rails are you going to be using?

Which seat did you end up choosing? You close to having them in?

My factory seats were stolen about 3 weeks ago. Too much crap trying to replace them and the good Brides are discontinued. Ordered Corbeau A4 black leather for $1300 with rails. I have seen pictures in S2000's and Vette guys seem to love them. My fingers are crossed.

oh my bad I went home on leave for a month and got sidetracked with new staff.

So far I did two 12h trips in them. It's also my daily driver so they see proper usage. I'm writing a sticky note for my screen to do a proper write-up this weekend as I've been rather positively impressed by a pair of $200 seats
