Sorry if this has been discussed before but I couldn't find any threads if it has. Do the black ap2 climate control/trim pieces swap over to the ap1? I think the black pieces might look better than grey on my red dash so I wanted to find this out.

 

What up Eremoy! Yes all the pieces fit, I had an extra ap1 cluster bezel with controls laying around so I swapped it on my black ap2 cluster bezel. Now it has the silver audio/climate control, just did this 3 days ago. I suggest removing your steering wheel because it was pretty hard removing the cluster bezel, but it is possible to remove it without removing your steering wheel. Let me know if you want help since we're pretty much neighbors haha, well kind of

 

You don't necessarily have to remove the steering wheel, you just need to lower it a bit so the cluster can come out.

 

You can lower the steering wheel?

The same thing i did with mine,i put black ones on my 2001 NFR,along with an 08 black center console,it looks so kleen and black.I didnt like the look of the silver ones
