Hi Folks,

I recently purchased a 2007. I want to inspect under the trunk / boot liner for any signs of water or corrosion. What’s the best way to remove the liner / snaps without breaking them? I couldn’t find a “how to” video where the liner is being removed.

Buy something like a trim removal tool and take all the clips off carefully.

Great find...nice video, classy build! Too bad they don't show the non-pull tab clips being removed. I ordered some clip remover tools from Amazon.

 

The non pull tabs are easy. Push the center in and it releases





To reinstall, push the nipple back to the top, and slide it in. The push the nipple down flush
