Especially from the shop you got the elbow pad done from. I know we wouldn't even come close to $20, even for just that piece alone.
The handbrake was 20 and the elbow was 45.

Thanks for all the input guys. I did these two pieces first to get a feel for it and to see if i wanted to take it any further. Im actually already getting tired of the red and black. Back to the drawing board I guess

Here some ideas.
1. same pieces diamond stitched just in silver thread
2. same pieces diamond stitched just in black thread
3. wrap nearly everything in black suede with a different color thread
4. any ideas from you guys?

Even still, 20 and 45 for those items are really cheap. I think diamond stitching looks so much cleaner without contrasting stitching. Did you see the GT-R interior we did? Gator notwithstanding, the black stitching we did on charcoal Ultrasuede looked much much cleaner than if we did it with a contrast stitch. That's just my opinion but I think if you're gonna stick with diamonds, go with a black stitch.

I have a white diamond pattern doors and center console cover. I did have it done about 3 years ago, though, so I suppose it could be played out. It looks nice though.

Yeah not my cup of tea. It kind of looks like interior peices from an old impala on 24's and a chain steering wheel .

I definetly wouldnt do the diamond stitch, but if you do I would go for the same color stitching.
