Default Differences in 2004 and 2006 Interiors?

I have 2006 s2000, and i was just wondering how interchangeable are the 2004 s2000 interior components with mine?

I want to swap my black interior with an 2004 red/black interior, and was wondering if we would run into any trouble doing the swap!

any information would help, thanks so much guys!

the passenger seat brackets on the 06 are different as are the floor mounting points.

The seat belt mounting points are different on the passenger side as well. The passenger door sill and rear panels are different to accomdate the seat belt redesign. Although these parts should be be required to be changed when swapping interior colors unless your looking to change the color of the Door sills and roll hoops.

everything else should move over no problem.

that should be 100% swappable without any difficulty. the only spot of concern would be where the seat belt mounts on the passenger side

Yep. All noted changes have been said. Also, if you have oem headrest speekers the will go away and if he has the roll hoop speekers, you will gain them if you swap rool bars. If not take that cost into account.
