i am wondering if anyone actually makes the door inserts for the ap2, because i have been looking for someone to trade with but can't seem to find anyone. If i could just find a place that would sell them i would be more then willing to buy some. If not then i guess it is off to the dealership

 

what kind of trade you want?

 

Nobody just sells them. You would just have to post in the WTB section and wait for someone to sell you some. You could go to the dealership but that would cost a fortune, or just wait and try to find someone to trade you strait across. Remember you have an ap2 and ap1 door inserts will not work.

 

you could probably also use a vinyl dye of your color choice on the ones you have.

 

DIY?

 

i've done an extensive vinyl dye when i had a 3g prelude. It had all beige A pillars and headliner. I removed the pieces and dyed them black. The best thing is that it doesn't scratch like paint. Dye comes in a spray can and you can probably get it ordered from an auto upholstery shop.

 

I've got a set of black AP2 door inserts for sale. I'm about to open a 4sale thread with misc stuff we have left over from our interior mod. Shoot me a PM if interested.
