Default Floor Mat Anchor Help

I bought an additional floor mat anchor for the right driver's side. Would someone be kind enough to measure where I should cut in order to install? I need measurements for the location of the ring on the floor mat as well.

Also, does anyone know where these rings can be purchased?

You must be suffering from OAFMS (One Anchor Floor Mat Shift). Here's my cheap and easy fix for it:

I disliked the stock mats so much, I spent the $380 for Rick's awesome real wool and leather mats that run under the seats. They are beautiful, and the black wool with red leather really helps up the ante on my red/black interior. I have his red/black shift boot, console cover, and steering wheel, and have recently ordered Katskinz red/black seat leather and a console elbow pad replacement in red/black from JPM Accessories.
