Hi I found this screw under driver seat and can not find where it came from??

That looks very similar to the screw that holds the softtop striker on to the windshield frame.

I cant tell the size but it looks like the retaining screws for your rotors as well.

It could also be one of the screws that holds the front latches to the soft top frame or hardtop shell (if you have a hardtop), one of the two screws is tapered like that, and the other has more of a flat bottom. The screws are inside the clamshell of the latches.
