Default How to identify later seats

I am going to be looking at a set of seats for my 2002 from what is supposed to be a 2005. The seller did not sound that certain of the year though. As understand it, the seat rails changed in 2006. I want to be certain that I am not buying the newer seats since I do not want to change seat rails. Is there any way I can tell by looking, that they are the right seats? I will not have my S2000 with me to compare.

2006+ seats don't have a hole in the headrests, they are filled in. 2000-05 are all the same shape and interchangeable, but i think there might be different shades of grey in the seats.
