Hi guys i've been a lurker for quite a while now and i bought some items from some members here already, i just want to ask help cause i ordered the full alcantara interior kit for s2k from travis which interior-customs.com and now he's not responding to any of my emails its been 3 weeks since his last reply by the way i ordered the kit 3 months ago and i still havent received it. Can anyone help me contact him, give me his phone number or any kind of help would be much appreciated hopefully this purchase wont turn out to be scam thanks guys in advance

 

He appears to still be in business, try a couple more times. If there is no response, contact the moderator of this forum for some advice on handling this situation. Three months is more than enough time getting the run-around, start getting serious. Good luck to you.

 

thanks thomcat i spoke with moddiction already and apparently he also has some pending orders on interior customs, travis of interior customs also replied to my email recently and this is what he said "Hi there, we finally got it all done, and I'll send you the tracking info within the next 24 hours. Sorry for that delay, and I hope you enjoy the end result of a great looking interior.- Travis" this was Nov. 20 2012 up to now he still haven't sent any tracking number or any kind of information about the shipment. Well im really getting frustrated with my situation and i was about to file a case in ICC CCS up until i saw someone replied here and gave me a much easier procedure on dealing with this. thanks thomcat i really appreciate the help

 

I emailed him a little over a week ago about a potential order and got a response within a couple hours. Sent him a couple emails since and haven't recieved anything back. 3 months is a long time to wait for anything. I might not order from them anymore is this is whats happening. Keep us updated. he'd be prompt to answer you at first but when you get to the deal itself you really have to wait for at least a week or two for him to respond, can i know who's the moderator i have to talk to?

 

can someone post his contact number for "Interior-customs", i ordered it on 1/25/2013...as today, still havent receive my order yet nor an email or tracking #.......this guys never reply. Buyer Beware......this is a scam.

 

Yeah no one should order from him anymore. I know people who have been waiting since October or even earlier who have not received anything!

Hell I ordered last March and still don't have everything..

If you can definitely do a Paypal claim against him asap!

Not that I know of. He doesn't own an S2000.

 

Ah, okay then. I was going to investigate if they were a member, not anything I can do about transactions outside of the forum.
