Leather repair options...
I recently purchased a 2004 S2k. Seats are in decent shape without holes or tears. Passenger seat coating has peeled in one area. Driver seat too, along with wrinkled, baggy leather. First question is, can I reapply the top coat that has peeled away. Second is, can the wrinkles and loose leather be improved. Here are two photos.

the second picture looks like water damage. If the spot is hard, the best thing to do would be to go to an upholstery shop and see how much it would cost to have the seat redone or if you know what you are doing then you can do it yourself. i am not sure about the wrinkles in the drivers seat, that may be permanent, you could try to aplly leather conditioner on a hot day and see if that relaxes the leather.
