Please share your experience. My 2008 seats are shot in a few places, side bolsters top and bottom lest driver side, and a small hole in one of the bottom sections passenger side. Is it worth pursuing a partial restoration or take the plunge and go for a full restoration?

I went to local upholstry shop to redo the seats, the foam they were using was horrific and very thin, they just add layers to make thicker. They claimed tht they do not have access to proper automotive grade seat foam, which to me renders the entire exercise useless because the new leather would simply get out of shape very quickly without the right foam density.

Does anyone know a source for this grade of seat foam? The Honda OEM replacement seat cushion is of course our of question due to cost.
