passenger airbag cover question

has anyone tried to swap the air bag cover before? is the cover separable from the passenger airbag?

I believe it's all one piece. The visible part of the airbag is perforated on the backside to allow it to separate along predetermined seams when the airbag deploys.

i am not looking for assumption. eventually, #19 airbag cover can be separately ordered from honda if you pay attention on the details.
