My passenger floor mat has this bump in it, and i can not get it to smooth out. Any suggestions?

you can try soaking it in water and laying it out in the hot sun with something on it like a brick,...the heat should help the rubber soften and with the brick on it when it dries out and sun goes down the rubber should have taken on a different flatter shape. worth a shot
