Default Random plastic screws

Sadly I haven't had a lot of time to get to know my AP1 over the past few months, but while quickly cleaning out the trunk the other day (scored a free torch) I came across two plastic screws/plugs but I don't know where they came from. The shank is a little wider than the trunk trim clip holes - I'm missing a few so tried one just in case they fitted.

Can anyone advise please? I'm not even sure they're part of the car as there's lots of little bits and pieces in the underfloor storage space.

having just disassembled 90% of the car from the windshield back... that's not a part of the car.
