Default Red interior swap in a NFR?

So when I was going to buy an S2000 I was desperately looking for the Red interior. I don't know what it is, but it is such a turn on for me. But I ended up going with a Silver one with black interior, then for the second, NFR with black. Don't get me wrong, it looks good. But I am thinking about swapping the door panels and seats out for the red leather seats and panels, and leave the carpet black.

My question is, would this be too much red? I tried typing in to see if anyone has done this, but my search results turned up empty. I don't want the red to be overkill, so I would be leaving the red carpet out, I think black carpet would look amazing with the red leather. Anybody have anything to say for this conversion swap?

Believe it or not, it doesn't look too bad. I was totally against it since I thought it would be too much red. I helped a friend do a full red swap includign the dash in the NFR. It looked decent. I am running a page called S2000 Fanatics on Facebook. Add yourself on there and ill approve you, the pics are there.

Go with the tan interior. The combo looks best in Ferrari's but it also works in the S2000.

Love the red interior though. Wish I had the red and black combo but I do have an AP1.
