Regreasing seat rails

Regreasing seat rails

Having seats currently out, I think about cleaning and regreasing the rails. Is it neccessary? What grease should I use then?

I currently have my driver seat out. Following. Lol

Ps. Be sure to clean the carpet while the seats out. Took my vacuumed out and got it spiffy.

The real question is, how do you grease the middle portion of the rail?
