Ricks vs. Redline Goods center console covers
Hello,
I'm looking into getting a leather center console cover to cover the carpet in my car.
Iv'e seen great reviews of Rick's cover, however, I can't find much info on the one made by redlinegoods.
Does anyone have it, or even better tried both and have a recommendation?
I would love to go with Rick's, but at half the price, i'd like to at least get an idea of what to expect if I were to go with redline.
Any help is appreciated,
Thanks!

How did the center console fit? I have seen only one picture of it installed, and it looked like it fit very loose/wrinkled.
I am wondering if this was just a case of the person who installed it doing a poor job.

With any leather product, the install will determine how good or bad it looks. That said, for a center console, install should be pretty easy IMO. I think with some patience and time you could get all the wrinkle out using adhesive to bond the cover to the OEM (APR2). Steam is also very helpful getting wrinkles out of leather, makes it more pliable.
I'll be ordering my console cover in the new few days (from Redline) and installing immediately afterwards. I'll post pics once complete.

Just an update-
I went with redline's and have now installed it.
It is a good quality leather and product. However, I would recommend going with Ricks just because of the fact that redline's comes with no cutouts for the shifter, etc. What you receive is essentially a large sheet of leather. You are responsible for cutting out all of the necessary holes. The instructions for the product on the website show otherwise, and this is a bit deceiving. I was expecting to get a ready to go console cover, and I would only have to cut a few holes for the clips to fit through not the entire center console.
For the extra price, I would personally probably go with Rick's next time.

Having had both ricks console cover and now redline cover, I would strongly recommend the ricks cover. The install is much less painless because it is precut and have flaps to be folded in. The redline good cover pretty much leaves you SOL to install. The pictures and instructions on the website are not what the product is when you receive it as you have to cut all the holes for the shifter, e brake etc. I punched holes in the cover and used the factory clips to hold it in place, I tried cutting it and folding it under the existing cover but it looked very loose and was an eye sore. Things like the shift boot and e brake cover I would recommend but I have the armrest cover as well and just the sake it is a piece of leather that needs to be wrapped and I'm no professional so the job didn't come out 100%
