I have a funky odor in the s2000 I purchased recently. It seems as if it's old cigarette smell but I can't be sure. I steam cleaned the carpet, wiped down the seats/doors, and bombarded it with vanillaroma but the smell is still in the car if it sits for a while. I'm starting to think the smell is coming from the soft top. Is there any way I can treat the top on the inside and if so, what do you recommend?
