Gentleman, a maybe stupid question:
Could i interchange the seats - not the back rest, only the seats ! - between driver and passenger seat?
I have a lightly worn driver seat in my S2000 but have a pristine passenger seat as spare in the attic... would be a nice little winter project.

 

I rebuilt my lower cushions with foam and spray adhesive compatible with foam. Then used sail tape (rip stop) to protect the lower bolster even further.

ok, didn't answer your question but thought I'd add to the conversation by telling you how I repaired it.

leatherseats.com is local to me and they do have great seat covers to reupholster the S2000
